Functionally there are some overlaps, (providing member representation, attorney assistance, liability coverage, additional insurance benefits, etc).

KEYTA is non-union, not anti-union. However, we do feel that educators should have the freedom to choose to associate or not associate with the organization of their choice without being subjected to mandatory union membership through “maintenance of membership” and restrictive resignation windows.
Answer:
If a teacher is a member of KEYTA, we can indeed help. With your guaranteed access to legal representation, KEYTA’s insurance helps ensure that each teacher is treated fairly.
